To return a product(s),Please folow the steps below:
1: Contact us, by our online customer service through email to inform us the reason why you need to return this products
2: Verify that the products you are returning meets the Condition of Return stipulated(ss below) including fully resalable condition and the product must be in the original parkaging, except for damage and defective product.

If we make a mistake, we will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund once we are advised by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt, and, the original item has been returned to us, and, received by us, within 5 working day. Your refund will not include the postage postage costs of the product back to us.
